Can anyone tell me why return oil feed of my Norton Dominator appears not to be sending oil up the rocker oilfeed pipe but when I stop the oil returning to the tank, the oil diverts up the rocker feed pipe and when I remove my finger from the hole in the return inside the tank it reverts back to no oil feed to rockers? Thanks.Malcolm

Many possibilities - oil viscosity too thin, oil needs changing, etc. etc....???????

Also, possibly the oil return pressure is low or the rocker feed pipe is restricted or obstructed.

Check your pump and your rocker feed pipe to ascertain and also check the oil type and age.

I'm not an expert so there could be loads more to check SO - good luck.

You're never too old to learn something stupid.
